Lucknow: The National Center for Seismology said that an earthquake of magnitude 5.2 occurred in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh last night.
At around 1.12 a.m., there was no report of any loss of life or damage to the house due to the said earthquake, which occurred in the 139 km north-north-east of Lucknow. However, it is assumed that the north-north-eastern part of Lucknow city was affected by this earthquake.
The National Center for Seismology tweeted in this regard: On the 20th, at 1:12 a.m., an earthquake of magnitude 5.2 occurred at a depth of 82 km underground, 139 km northeast of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh, India.
