Manisha Padhi, an Odia girl is the country’s first woman ADC
First woman ADC : Odia girl Manisha Padhi has been appointed as the country’s first woman ADC (Aide-De-Camp). She has been appointed as ADC of Mizoram Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati.
According to the information received, Manisha is a resident of Brahmapur in Ganjam district. Her parents live in Bhubaneswar. Manisha Bhubaneswar graduated from CV Raman College of Engineering. Manisha is an Indian Air Force officer of 2015 batch. After being appointed ADC, Manisha was introduced to all the senior officials at the Meghalaya Governor’s Raj Bhawan. She has taken charge from today.
First woman ADC : Earlier, Manisha has worked in three places such as Air Force Station Bidar, Air Force Station Pune, and lastly at Air Force Station Bhatinda. Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati said that Manisha’s remarkable achievement is not only a milestone but also a testimony of women power and how women are breaking gender norms and excelling in every field. He gave this information on the occasion of taking charge of Manisha.
