Army officials said that ‘Axel’ was deployed during the building clearance operation. However, as soon as ‘Axel’ entered the building where the terrorists lived, the terrorists opened fire. And he fell down after being shot. In this way ‘Axel’ sacrificed his life and saved the lives of many Soldiers. The post-mortem report revealed that ‘Axel’ had 10 injury marks on his body.
That means ‘Axel’ was shot 10 times. A wreath was laid by the Force Commander today. It is reported that a Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist was killed in an encounter with security forces in Baramulla, while one AK-47 rifle, two magazines and 30 rounds of ammunition were seized from him.
