Moscow: An 8 year old girl, who wanted to budget approval for her region, was summoned to the Kremlin on Tuesday by President Vladimir Putin by telephoning his finance minister, various media reported.

The Kremlin also released a video of Vladimir Putin welcoming an 8 year old girl named Raisat Akipova.

Russia’s finance minister, Anton Siluanov, was initially taken aback when he heard the little girl’s voice on the phone from the president’s office. For a moment Siluanov could not even respond to the girl’s greetings.

Approval budget for the region Dagestan

After receiving a promise from the finance minister, Raisat Akipova said, “We will get 5 billion roubles for the Dagestan region,” Putin said, “Wonderful.”

While Raisat Akipova was on the phone with the Finance Minister, it was seen that the President could not stop laughing. Later, President Putin called the Prime Minister of Russia, Mikhail Mishustin, through Akipova and said in this regard.

It is worth noting that last week, Putin visited Dagestan and interacted with a large number of ordinary people. But Raisat Akipova cried without seeing President Putin. Later, Putin was upset when he saw a photo of Raisat Akipova crying. Therefore, he invited Raisat and his parents to Moscow.
