Cuttack: The much talked about Mayurbhanj Father Arul Das murder case. The bail application of main accused Dara Singh has been rejected. The appeal was dismissed by the High Court. After being released from jail, Dara appeared before the High Court. The court ordered the other accused to surrender by the 23rd.
Arul Das was killed in September 1999. In 2007, the lower court sentenced Dara to life imprisonment. The court ordered Rajkishore Mahant, Yadunath Mahant and Chema Hoko appear in the lower court by 23rd next.
