New Delhi: Recently, Tesla CEO Elon Musk pulled out of the $44 billion deal to buy social media company Twitter. Now he is at the door of the court to send a summons to the former CEO of Twitter and his friend Jack Dorsey. An affidavit from the AP sitting court noted that Jack Dorsey is the CEO and co-founder of Twitter.
Previously, the Delaware court scheduled October 17 for hearing the case between Musk and Twitter. Earlier this week, Jack Dorsey filed legal documents with the AP court after being asked to provide details of the Twitter spam account. But Musk has alleged that documents filed by Dorsey in connection with the spam account on Twitter did not provide sufficient information.
You must know that Elon Musk canceled a $44 billion contract with Twitter after he failed to provide information regarding spam accounts. Before canceling the deal, Elon Musk said Twitter would not move forward with the deal until the number of spam accounts on Twitter dropped below 5 percent.
Before pulling out of the deal, Elon Musk reportedly sent a warning message to Twitter CEO Parag Agarwal, saying that the company’s lawyers were causing trouble for him by asking for detailed information about Twitter’s financial situation. Stop the trouble lawyers are causing as soon as possible.
