Helsinki: Finland’s Prime Minister Sanna Marin has vowed not to take illegal drugs after undergoing a ‘drug test’, opposition leaders have claimed.

It is to be noted that after the ‘party video’ attended by 36-year-old Marin went viral, the leaders of the opposition party demanded to conduct a ‘drug test’ on her. At the said party, Marin joined famous influencers and artists and danced to the music of her friends. All this seen in the said video which has gone viral.

But, Marin said, she was not fatigued that Saturday night and was capable of performing official duties. If necessary, she could have gone to the office.

In a press conference, Marin said, For a few days, the most common allegations are that I was in a place where drugs were used or that I was using drugs. I consider all these allegations very serious. Although the demand for drug testing is unreasonable and unfair, I have taken the drug test today for my legal protection and to clear my doubts. Her result will come in the weekend.

Notably, after the video of Sanna partying was leaked news about her suddenly appeared in various news outlets. She has been criticized many times in the past for spending her time in music festivals and parties without giving time to governance.

Critics say that she is not fit to be the Prime Minister.
