Shinzo Abe’s funeral has begun : More than 100 countries representatives including Modi has been attended

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi left for Japan on Monday evening to attend the funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Shinzo Abe‘s funeral has begun. Abe’s funeral has been attended by more than 20 heads of state and more than 100 countries representatives. The program for the funeral of the former Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe, has been made tight security. Modi visited Japan and participated in bilateral talks with his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida.

It is worth noting that former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who ruled Japan for a long time, was shot dead by an assailant while giving a speech on an election platform last July 8.

This national funeral has been held on a grand scale since Queen Elizabeth II. The event was held at the Nippon Budokan in central Tokyo at 2pm local time on Tuesday, marking the second national funeral for a former prime minister since World War II.
