India is hosting the ‘G20 Virtual Summit’ today; Putin will join, Xi Jinping will not

G20 Virtual Summit : The Ministry of External Affairs informed that today India is organizing the ‘G20’ summit through video conferencing.

The summit, which will be chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will discuss the implementation of the Delhi Declaration and new global challenges.

The Ministry of External Affairs said that today’s ‘virtual summit’ will focus on the major outcomes and implementation issues of the ‘G20 Annual Summit’ held in September under the chairmanship of India. It will also discuss the issues of Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Hamas wars and their impact on global stability and economic reforms.

The Kremlin has announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend. He could not attend the ‘G20′ annual summit held in New Delhi. However, Chinese President Xi Jinping will not attend this ‘virtual summit’. He also did not come to the ‘G20’ annual summit held in New Delhi. But China’s Prime Minister Li Qiang will participate instead of India’s invitation.
