New Delhi: Gautam Adani the chairman of Adani Group has become the fourth richest person in the world today according to the list of “Real-Time Billionaires” of “The Forbes” magazine.
His property is valued at 115.5 billion dollars while the value of Gates’ property is 104.6 billion dollars, it is mentioned in the list.
The chairman of ‘Adani Group’ rose to fame by transforming small commodity businesses into big businesses like sports, mining and green energy.
In about three years, Adani has acquired seven airports in India, which accounts for nearly a quarter of Indian air traffic, Bloomberg reported.
Adani said on Thursday that the Adani Group has received a tender for the privatization of one port in Israel in partnership with Gadot. It is worth noting that Haifa port is the largest of Israel’s three major international seaports.
Mukesh Ambani, one of the Indians, is at the 10th place in this list with a net worth of 90 billion dollars.
Elon Musk, the founder of ‘Tesla’ and ‘SpaceX’, is at the top of the above list with $235.8 billion.
Notably, on the occasion of Gautam Adani’s 60th birthday last month, his family pledged to donate Rs 60,000 crore for the social sector.
