New Delhi: The Nobel Prize for Literature has been announced for 2024. According to the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, this year South Korean writer Han Kang has been given the honor. Han Kang was born in 1970 in Gwangju, South Korea, and moved to Seoul with his family at the age of nine. While her father was a renowned novelist, she has also devoted herself to art and music, apart from writing.

However, the announcement of the 2024 Nobel Prize has started since last Monday, and Victor Ambros and Gary Ruvkun have won the medicine prize. The two founders of machine learning, John J. Hopfield and Geoffrey E. Hinton, have won the Physics Prize. The Nobel Peace Prize will be announced tomorrow and the Economics Prize on October 14.
