New Delhi: Railway passengers can order food on WhatsApp. A new service has been launched by IRCTC for this. Passengers can order food via WhatsApp on +91 8750001323. AI-powered chatbots are being used to handle all queries related to e-catering services.
In the initial phase, the food delivery facility through WhatsApp has been launched for a limited of trains and passengers. The service will be available to other trains after customer feedback and suggestions. IRCTC has also launched a dedicated website www.catering.irctc.co.in and mobile app Food on Track for e-catering.
