Maharashtra cabinet expansion today: As many as 18 ministers may take oath

It is rumored that 11 to 12 MLAs of BJP and 5 to 7 MLAs from the Sinde group may be given a chance.

Mumbai: The Maharashtra cabinet will be expanded today. About 15 to 18 ministers can take oath in the first phase of the expansion in the oath-taking ceremony to be held at 11 am. It is rumored that 11 to 12 MLAs of BJP and 5 to 7 MLAs from the Sinde group may be given a chance. The second phase will be after expansion.

Before the Cabinet expansion, Chief Minister Eknath Sinde has called a meeting with the MLAs of his group at Sayadri Guest House. It is said that Sinde will reveal the names of the ministers in this meeting.

On the other hand, Uddhav Thackeray‘s group has recommended the name of Ambadas Danve as the leader of the opposition. He has written a letter to the Chairman of the Legislative Council.

However, there is a lot of discussion about who will be included in the cabinet. Now there is a discussion in Maharashtra politics about who will be excluded and who will be included in the previous government. However, according to sources, special conditions have been laid down for MLAs to be included in the cabinet. According to this, only MLAs with clear image will be given ministerial posts.
