The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in Paris put Pakistan on the gray list again in March. Pakistan was also asked to prosecute and investigate illegal money laundering. The decision was made after a four-day meeting of the FATF. Pakistan has been on the gray list since 2018 due to its anti-money laundering and anti-money laundering stance. In addition, Pakistan has promised to meet all the requirements of the FATF by 2023.
