It is said that such an incident has happened for the first time in Nepal. However, the said MP’s name is Amresh Kumar Singh. Who is a former leader of Nepali Congress. Last year, he contested as an independent party from Sarlahi. Because he was not given ticket by Nepali Congress.
It is worth noting that when MP Amresh Kumar Singh wanted to say something in the Parliament, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Debraj Dhimi, did not give him a chance. Because Amaresh Kumar Singh did not correct the behavior in Parliament. Because of this, Amaresh got very angry and opened his clothes in Parliament.
However, seeing his behavior, Bachaspati said, ‘You should correct your behavior. You won’t get a chance to speak until you’ve corrected your behavior.’
