2024 Election Survey: There is almost a year left for the 2024 Loksabha Election and the political table has started to be formed. BJP has started tightening the political equation. At the same time, all the opposition parties, including the Congress, are optimistic. Meanwhile, a public opinion poll shows that the popularity of PM Modi.
The Mood of the Nation survey conducted by C-voter and India Today tried to find out the opinion of the people regarding the most suitable candidate for the post of Prime Minister of India. There is a difference between the results of the survey released in August last year and the popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the recent survey. Along with this, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s popularity has increased.
This result can be called as a surprise because for a long time PM Modi was behind everyone in terms of popularity.
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra seems to be benefiting from his popularity. When asked who would be the best candidate for the post of Prime Minister, 14 percent people have come in favor of Rahul Gandhi. Also, in the same survey conducted in August last year, only 9 percent of people considered the Congress leader as a suitable leader for the post of Prime Minister.
When people were asked the question of the most suitable candidate for the post of Prime Minister, 52 percent of the people were in favor of Narendra Modi. In simple words, more than half of the people involved in this survey have faith in Narendra Modi. However, in a recent survey, PM Modi’s popularity has decreased. In the survey conducted in August last year, the number of popularity of PM Modi was 53 percent. Comparing both the surveys, it is found that PM Modi’s popularity has decreased by 1 percent.
