New Delhi: If you are interested in writing then Modi government has good news for you. Obviously, the Modi government at the center is launching the PM Yuva 2.0 Yojana for the youth.

Under this, young writers will be given opportunities to write on various topics. This opportunity is provided to the youth under the Mentorship Scheme. A scholarship of Rs 50,000 per month will be given to selected young writers under this scheme.

Age criteria for participate

Youth can participate under this scheme till the age of 30 years. For this, the last date for the application process has been fixed on January 15, 2023. This scheme has been introduced by the Central Government in view of the participation of young and new writers in Indian languages and English. The first phase of PM Yuva Yojana received very good response. This process has been initiated to promote literacy and book culture in the country.

Total selection post for this scheme

A total of 75 writers will be selected by the National Book Trust of India (NBT) under this scheme. The mentorship scheme will provide a stipend of Rs 50,000 per month at the end of training and guidance and Rs 3 lakh to each young writer for six months.

Languages for apply

About 22 different languages people can participate in the PM Yuga 2.0 scheme. These languages include English, Hindi, Urdu, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Orissa, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Bodo, Santhali, Maithili and Dogri.
