New Delhi: Former US President Donald Trump has filed a defamation case against CNN channel. He has filed a defamation case of 475 million dollars or 47 crore rupees against the channel. He has filed a case against him for broadcasting defamatory news and spreading false news. However, CNN has refused to say anything. Trump has made serious allegations against CNN.
The 29-page lawsuit filed by Trump in a Florida court claims that the channel has been trying to target him for a long time. CNN has intensified its attacks since his defeat. A campaign has been launched to defame him.
The channel has come to know that he is going to contest again in the 2024 presidential election, so false allegations are being made against him. “When he was president, he didn’t have a good relationship with news networks like CNN and the New York Times, so these people have been running a campaign against him,” he said.
