Presidential Election 2022: Opposition meeting begins in Delhi

New Delhi: Opposition meeting begins in New Delhi with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee ahead of presidential election. The meeting, which started recently at the Constitution Club in Delhi, was attended by representatives of 17 political parties, including many senior leaders.

The participating parties are TMC, Congress, CPI, CPI (M), CPML, RSP, Shiv Sena, NCP, RJD, SP, National Conference, PDP, JD (S), DMK, RLD and JMM. Senior leaders and representatives of all parties attended the meeting and continued discussions. Mamata Banerjee invited about 22 non-BJP parties. All eyes are on the outcome of today’s meeting.
