Rajasthan: The world’s tallest Shiva statue will be inaugurated today

New Delhi: The highest Shiva statue in the world has been built at Nath Dwar in Rajasmand district of Rajasthan. This idol of Lord Shiva will be unveiled today. Its height is 369 feet and its name is Statue of Belief. According to information, this statue of Lord Shiva is the tallest Shiva statue in the world. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Narrator Murari Bapu, Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, Assembly Speaker Dr. CP Joshi will also attend the event.

Located 45 km from Udaipur, the statue has been built by Tat Padma. It is said that this statue will be visible from a distance of 20 km. The Vivethanam is the tallest Shiva idol in the world which has lifts, stairs and a hall for devotees. There are four elevators and three stairs to get inside.

The foundation stone of the project was laid in August 2012 in the presence of Ashok Gehlot. It took 10 years to complete the statue. Three thousand tons of steel and iron, 2.5 lakh cubic tons of concrete have been used in its construction
